The team behind Vaidhya Group is a 60+ member team led by founder and CEO Rahul Vaidhya, with leadership across finance, technology and HR/operations. Work happens from three locations: Mandsaur (head office), Jaipur and Indore — covering education, overseas admissions, staffing, trade and technology.

Economics graduate from Uttar Pradesh who moved back to Mandsaur to build the group in 2016. Drives strategy across all ventures — from admissions and campus drives to import-export and welfare.
Akhilesh Vaidhya
Chartered Accountant who manages the group's finances — compliance, funding and planning for every venture.
Rajesh Vaidhya
Engineering graduate who builds the group's digital platforms — the education and careers websites, the AI-ATS applicant tracking system and internal automation.
Priya Sharma
Human Resources professional leading the 60+ member team across all three locations — staffing operations, campus drives, training and people management.
